Well, there is no surprise for me at all that our new CIA Director, Porter J. Gross complains of the difficulties, connected with exercising of his official duties now. The matter is that nonprofessional officials in Bush's team have already become its visiting-card. In Washington political adventurers and politicians, who refine only upon words, are knocking out pros and qualified experts now. E.g. Rice took over from Powell and we became witnesses of political complications with Europe, aggravation of the situation in Iraq and total failure of our policy in the Middle East. In the Pentagon we have Mr. Rumsfeld thanks to whom America has turned out to be at "Iraqi deadlock". And at last CIA has received the next "favorite", who is not only nonprofessional, but also a stark fool who publicly declares his incompetence.
