I definitely prefer Coke, and I can always tell the difference. Pepsi is much sweeter.
Curiously, I prefer Diet Pepsi over Diet Coke; again, the latter seems sweeter.
Coke – I prefer the crisp taste and it is significantly less sweeter than Pepsi.

They did a study where they put out two unlabeled glasses of soda (one pepsi, one coke) and had a lot of people tell which they prefered. Most couldn't tell the difference, but when they showed them the cans of the soda, most prefered coke over pepsi.
My preference would be Coke but I am now addicted to the Vanilla Coke. Love it!
