Here is a fun one to discuss - Which is better: Coke or Pepsi?
Personally, I think Coke rules, because it has the homey feel good taste to it.
Coke is definitely better at cleaning toilet bowls and bike parts.
I don't drink much soda, but I prefer Pepsi.
Coke also rusts coins faster.
Coke, Pepsi is just too sweet. Actually, I prefer Diet Coke these days.
Too funny (not really) but the banner ads targeting this thread are dead nuts on. There was just one up there asking me which I prefered, Coke or Pepsi, with voting buttons.
I wonder if the ad inspired this question.
I stopped drinking either when they stopped putting it in glass bottles. The plastic ones don't stay cold long enough and it is a sin to pour soda over ice.
Now I'm stuck with "premium" sodas when I get the urge for one.
Last time I was in the south you could still get RC Cola in glass. Yum.
I buy those little mini cans of soda because I can never finish a regular size can. I may drink a soda once a month, so a case would last me over a year if my son didn't drink them.
I just sucked down a 20 oz bottle of Diet Coke in honor of this thread.
I just had a 12 oz can of Classic Coke. I was nodding off at my desk in the mid-afternoon. The sugar and caffeine did the trick. Amazing...
I was searching for an emoticon that connotes being wired, but I came up empty...
Haha! I was just gonna ask if you two were wired :-)
I'm not much of a caffeinated soda person (ginger ale's more my thing) but if it has to be caffeine, it'll probably be diet pepsi (though I hate regular pepsi).
