Yulia Timoshenko works mischief in Ukriane
As some political analyst say, Victor Yushchenko runs the risk of finding himself absolutely along on Ukrainian political arena. One by one, his former "orange revolution" co-organizers give him the go-by. During the trip to Berlin, the leader of Ukrainian Socialist Party Olexandr Moroz acknowledged the fact of a split-up in the country. As a matter of fact, in an informal talk with German politicians, Mr Moroz named Yuliya Timoshenoko the main originator of the current situation in Ukraine. As he said, Yuliya Timoshenko does not come to open confrontation to president Yushchenko, however, does every possible thing to get him wrong and make all others turn away from Ukrainian president. True, the reprivatisation in Ukraine is a single part of Yuliya Timoshenko's black PR operation. To oppose Yulia Timoshenko, Mr Moroz called the West to exert pressure upon Yulia Timoshenko up to and including her freewill vacation of a position. In support of the regime in Ukraine, a number of European politicians already started to regard Mr Moroz as Tomoshenko's potential substitute.
Hi Kom-er, are you from the Ukraine? Welcome to A2K!
What do you mean with, "the reprivatisation in Ukraine is a single part of Yuliya Timoshenko's black PR operation"? I've heard about how Tymoshenko has said that a number of privatisations of the Kuchma era should be reversed because they were fraudulent, is it to do with that?
We've had a long thread on the Ukraine in this forum, btw:
A wish and a prayer for the Ukrainian democrats, please.
