How is Matthew 24:14 being fulfilled?

Jesus stated that before the end of this entire world system of things, the Good News about God's Kingdom would be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations. And then the end will come. Who are those taking the lead in doing this?

At this point, it is mainly rap artists out of south central LA, I think.
