@edgarblythe,
First of all, they need to take appropriate equipment that can protect them from the harsh environment of Mars ( I mean low temperature and high level of radiation ) They should have special suits and rovers, with the help of those rovers they can move on the surface of Mars and take some samples of the soil and ice.

@farmerman,
He’s left A2K for quite awhile now. He’s on Facebook, however.

@farmerman,
I love this thread....I'll see if I can't coax him back for this thread. And by the way smarty pants FM, if we repeat something it means it's really really important.

@glitterbag,
Not such a baaaaaad idea. They’ll need some mint jelly to go with the lamb shanks. Hopefully they can do this by budgeting on the sheep.

@Ragman,
I have no idea where the "mint jelly" crap came from .Lamb needs no cover sauce , Its best sauce is a rosemary mustard aujus. They only reccomend mint jelly when the SCots eat it cause they eat MUTTON (which is as gamey as goat mat)

@farmerman,
Agreed. But mint jelly sounds funnier.

We grow Rosemary outside of my front door here in sunny snowless So. FL. Oddly enough, we grow mint outside our front door up at the lake house in Mid-Hudson valley NY. We couldn’t grow lamb chops for beans, though.
