Great pics! Even though I am more of an outdoors person, there is something compelling about cityscapes.
I am currenlty living in Brisbane and we have an amazing city view and as much as I don't like living in the city, I like the view at night.
Thanks Ay Sontespli.
One more night pic of the lake with the golf course seeming to be illuminated by the moon.
That last one was amazing. Did you have to wait forever to get the moon in that little clear space. Beautiful! I also really like the lightning bolt and the first foggy picture. The sky is just an amazing subject - always changing.
I posted before I went to the next page. But that other last one is amazing too. I like path the moonlight makes.
Jeez - I must have skipped a page - anyway - love the lit up buildings as well. You're quite talented.
Thanks aidan, I am just starting to get into photography. All of the pictures have been spur of the moment, just looking out my window and seeing something worth capturing. I got a tripod and played around with the shutter speed to get the shot where the buildings look lit up. I am hoping for another good lightning storm over the lake although I was pretty lucky to have caught the lightning the first time.
The photographs are just beautiful! I have a continuous love affair with the sky in the day but especially at night.

Fascinating pics, sublime!
Truely powerful images.
(Especially if, like me, you live in a valley and there's nothing out there but english moorland.)
I know a bit about fog, however!
awesome pics. and very near the wilco building (from the cover of the yankee hotel foxtrot)... cool.
Hey there Dag. Thanks!
The adjacent building does look like the one on Yankee Hotel Foxtrot. That building is just an annoyance that blocks my view. The ones on the album are called the marina towers and are by the House of Blues. I wish I could afford that area.
Fine photos, really fine.
gosh..... those are great
makes me wanna live with ya.
At the very least you could spend the night.
