It all depends on what you're going to do with it.

For example, if you're going to chop up the bodies of murder victims like in the movie Fargo, you'll want something heavy-duty enough to not jam up when it encounters a hefty thighbone.

You also want blades that won't dull or break after the first or second corpse.
