Time is motion : time is not constant in the universe there are zones and regions all relative if you go to a denser region of space you would come back relativly old compared to everyone else and if you went into open space for a while you would come back to the future, without mass there is no time and the speed of light is not constant but it has a speed limit depending whree you are in the universe.
