96 Dead at Rhode Island Nightclub Fire

Yet another one that shouldn't have happened. Very sad!

Unfortunately, fire safety precautions are often being neglected, and people recall them only after a disaster happens. I do not think it should be permitted to use certain special effects, namely fireworks, should not be permitted in the indoors performances.

Greater than 90 dead right now. Many not even ID'd.
