How ofen do you drink? Only on certain occasions? On weekends? Several times a week? Almost everyday? Everyday? Just curious.

I drink everyday...as much as I possibly can. Fluids are very good for your body. They keep your body hydrated. If you don't drink enough your pee becomes very yellow.

Does that answer your question chris?

I think this is not your first question on this subject, Chris. Could you be more specific as to your interests? Do you want to know how much it takes each of us to drink too much, from various alcohols?

Would you like to know how to enjoy various alcohols without going wild with them? Like the italians and french do, if not always, often....???

Can you pinpoint what it is that you really want to know?

Just wondering cause I drink once a week, and now i do it two times a week, I feel like doing it more often, but when is to much? I don't want to start gaining a tolerance and start needing more and more just to get a buzz ya know? Like how long does it take the alcohol to filter out of your system, so you can get the same buzz the next time you drink the same amount again? Should i wait skip a day, 2 days, or 3 days between each drinking session? I drink about half bottle of wine everytime I drink.

Also, do you guys think a comedy movie at the theatre would be 10 times funnier while watching it drunk?

You need life to deal you a few bad knocks, that always helps. Hanging out with like-minded types that life has dealt with cruelly is also important. I would suggest crashing your marriage or fretting too much about your job (chances of keeping it and how you would have to cope without it) - soon your intake of alcohol will soar! You will even stop being sick on yourself! Bartenders and liquor outlets will know your name and serve you your favourite tipple without asking!

Being Australian is a really big help. Have you thought of emigrating?

S'OK. It may be a bit of body language not used up North, they used of 'fingers crossed' in Nth America seems to be that of 'I'm hoping/wishing for you' where-as in other places to cross your fingers (and hide them behind your back) whilst saying something is to indicate that you are lying...

Yes, that is a good point, doglover.

Some cultures emphasize wine as a digestive, and accord it a role with meals, and at least some of those folks don't value drunken escapism, think it stupid. So... they get the pleasure and don't chase the buzz. Chasing the buzz can, over time, become a problem.
