The only problem I had was finding a name that was acceptable. If you use a name, such as Gustav, and there's already someone using that name, they send you back to square one without any indication of what just happened.
That was my problem anyway.

Yeah, Soz, I could do it. You have to either "control" or "option" click on their name (I can't remember which) and then go to chat in the menu.
Hmm... there's a gray screen with the help intro -- that never changed.
Don't see any other prompt or place to retrieve incoming chat (I found a place to open my own chat window...)
