@Dutchy,
Ha. I'll take your word for it, Dutchy!

South Australians are weird! Wink

This is how the rest of Oz eats their meat pies. Though generally not on a plate. It's a take-away food, often eaten on the run. That "meat" filling is often very, very hot! So, as you might imagine, eating the little devils with some semblance of decorum is not exactly easy! You have to learn how to do it.

@msolga,
I had one in the seventies...at the pie cart at 3.00 am, which is their proper milieu.

I have been ill again, since they made me fly in a small plane gain, and havin all sorts of odd comfort food cravings.

The other day, when I was driving from one office to another, I had an absolutely crystal clear pie-floater craving.

I could STILL go one I reckon.

Very odd.

Really, Deb? Surprised

That's interesting. I thought you might beat me up for suggesting you might be lunching on a pie floater! Wink

Think we'll have to get organised and go and sort Deb out.

Reading about pies has mad me fancy one, right now!

Nothing at home but leftover bangers and mash (Pork and fennel sausages).

Should shop...ah, bugger it!

<pat, pat> Yes, it does seem rather that way.

Another very demanding week?

Plus flying in tiny planes doesn't seem to be your thing, does it?
