I've been hand raising a love bird he was blind and had a crooked head that almost went 180 degrees. He was honestly the sweetest thing and since he couldn't see we would hand feed him. I feed it every 5 - 8 hours roughly i fed it at 7 but when I got home at 3ish he was dead ... I heard birds could go much longer without food so now I honestly don't know did I starve him or what do you think happened?

You can take him to a vet and ask them to do a necropsy (they will not do this for free). But they might be okay with just a fast look. Depends on the vet and how busy they are.
It's probably nothing you did. Don't beat yourself up about it.

I found a featherless baby bird on my balcony once. There are no nest there and I don't know how it got there. Maybe the mother bird was trying to relocate it and dropped it. I took it in and tried to nurse it by feeding it some soft bread mixed with water. Maybe my mistake was I also fed it some soft tofu. The baby bird lived for only three days.
