The woman in the men's room has a boob job and a penis and the man in the women's room has a vagina.

So which bathroom should they be in?

Guess you did not think of that because you are superficial and quite stupid.

Equally as dumb as the idiots feeding you all this crap.

Oh, and the guys in the men's room are all gay...

@TheCobbler,
I took a picture of my search of "Appalachians." So I know of the exact history of these people since I know the area and the people, and study history.

They are poor because they used to live their own homes in the mountain, rent-free, hunt and fish on their own, and gather their own berries. They have always been poor, but they were once independent and happy. Now they are mostly displaced, and rather economically desperate. They are mostly Scottish/Irish immigrants who were driven off their own land in their own country, and are distrustful of government. It turns out they're right. The government wanted to develop on the land (progress, you know), to build roads and cities where people were living, encroached on their land, and when they asserted a legitimate claim that they lived there, their parents lived there, their grandparents lived there, they had bought the land and built the house (such as it was) themselves, they were told to move. This wasn't farmers or miners or fishers or City people. Leftists. Oh and btw, they get to put up with movies for about 30+ years depicting their people as toothless inbreeders that like to molest visitors (Deliverance). All of this smear campaign to get people to thing that these are dumb folk that benefited from city life. No, they were left rootless, and thrust into a society that they didn't like and didn't want. They wanted to be left alone and do what they knew how to do. When they managed to get their land back, after being displaced for years, now they need a permit to hunt on their own land. To fish in their own streams. These cost money btw. They are no longer independent but struggling to manage. And of course, they're "privileged" so nobody gives them a hand-up much less a hand-out.

Whenever blacks talk about "white privilege" I show them the picture of their houses...
https://goodmenproject.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/iStock-172724085-1.jpg
versus the poor suffering blacks in urban areas.
https://cf.girlsaskguys.com/a34866/e87dc072-c782-4444-8991-88273723871d.jpg

Now, she may look trashy too, but if you look around her, she has a decent house near her, those torn-looking clothes are probably designed that way, snazzy boots, skateboard, nice purse, necklace, piercing and chain. She spends on plenty of crap, but oh no, she's not privileged, she's disadvantaged.

Capitalism is not some big scheme to steal from people. Now, yes, there are fat-cat businessmen, but being legit employed by them I still feel this way after being employed by Walmart and Amazon. Being gainfully employed is always better than having leftist twats tell me that I cannot have a job because I am not vaccinated. Or who tell me about my white privilege (I am privileged only to live in a good family, my actual wealth is now $1,800 and dwindling). Or who tell me to pay my fair share. Or who tell me any of the other crap I've heard incessantly from the left.

BY THE WAY, you know what effect illegal immigration has on the economy? It creates a sort of black market on employees, where the average citizen is told by law they can expect $15/hr but the average illegal migrant is basically a slave with no rights. Guess who wins in the price competition? Well, the legal worker sometimes, but they are often subjected to at-will firings while the other have more secure jobs. They give them a fraction of the legal wages, but if they protest, they report them to the INS or other groups to be deported. They are also sometimes sexually exploited. This not only creates unfair wage competition but makes the workplace more toxic and abusive. Poverty? It's because of the left, not the right.
So you talking crap about how bigoted and hated Trump voters are, be aware that you are knowingly supporting a slaver as he undercuts legitimate wealth in this country, in favor of a state where the promise of high wages is undercut by illegals and by inflation. NOBODY is better off now than they were even two years ago, even during COVID.

Here's a nice hint: BILLIONAIRES PAY PEOPLE. They own property. They have employees. The more they are able to keep in money, the more generous they are likely to be. J K Rowlings has people who manicure her lawn, she has people who repair her house when it leaks, she probably has people who shop for her groceries for her, and probably has some creature comforts that she buys. She's a bad example because she's a hypocritical leftist, but even she has people that she pays. The more money she is allowed to collect, THE MORE IT CIRCULATES. Economy works when the rich aren't compelled to hoard their money or hide it away. When they have enough, and now want to spend it. The best thing a government can do is offer tax breaks to the rich for employing people! These people they pay can be taxed, but this encourages the rich not to hoard but to be employers.

@bulmabriefs144,
I think this makes the bestest signature line: They are poor because they used to live their own homes in the mountain, rent-free, hunt and fish on their own, and gather their own berries. They have always been poor, but they were once independent and happy.

Now they have to pay for someone to gather berries for them, I suspect it's Hillary Clinton or Nancy Pelosi's fault.

So people, as you can see, the one really prejudiced against these people is not me. It's our enlightened leftist here.

He thinks that genitalia determines what restroom you use.

But I, a conservative LGBT person, correctly understand that any sane society would give them what they want. Which is to be in one where you look like everyone around you. The guy with the vagina can sit on the toilet and pretend he's there to take a crap (I don't use urinals either), the gal with the boob job and a penis can sit on a toilet, as I've always done when entering a women's restroom, and which every woman does (I have to fiddle with my junk a bit longer after peeing than most women do, though). Any conservative would agree with this proposal as well when they see it in action.

Conservatives don't like disruption. They like men being manly and women beyond womanly. And crossdressers being convincing enough ladies or men not to bother them with ****, not looking like unconvincing drag kings/queens. Present well, and nobody ever bothers you.
But these "LGBT groups" aren't really about LGBT rights, they're Marxist front groups. I stopped supporting this when I figured that out. Now, I suspect you're a Marxist too, but you can at least have the decency to fess up about it, so I can put you on ignore, rather than pretending you are oh so concerned what happens in restrooms, when by your own admission, you would consign the one with a boob job to a men's restroom when she doesn't wanna be there herself.

@glitterbag,
And it's a better generalization than deciding all Trump voters by default are bigots? Or that all Christians? Or all Republicans?

You know there are black, women, LGBT, and Hispanic Trump voters, right? Shall I tell you why they voted for him? Were they all bigots?!? No. Maybe, some were disillusioned by how the left tossed them aside...

Why do you think I know this? It's because I used to be one! Because I saw firsthand how people on the left treated me like ****!

And here we have an object lesson. Cobbler legit thinks that anyone from the trans community should go to a restroom based on their anatomy.

No, this person is a bad drag queen.
https://thefreshtoast.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/h-1-drag-queen-cannabis.jpg
Drag queens typically self-define as male. So does the rest of the world. We define restrooms based on how people present. When you poorly present as female, you are signalling that you are either a performer, want a gay partner, or both. That sort of person doesn't belong in the women's room to start with, and probly doesn't want to be there.

On the other hand, the last thing that a transgender woman or a passing crossdresser wants is to stand out.
https://allaboutcd.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Jessica-Qin-638x1024.jpg
This is Jessica Qin. She would be completely humiliated if she were told to visit the men's restroom. And yes, she does have male genitalia.

So, unless you are an activist looking to deliberately stir up trouble (in which case, I don't really consider you a real member of the LGBT community), not anyone wants to expose themselves to an uncomfortable restroom experience. They want to go where they fit in. That's a human instinct.

Where did you get such an idea otherwise? That's awful!

If I were presenting as female, and I had to pee and I was told to visit the men's room, I'd pretty quickly call you a bigot. And I don't care that much about misgendering, but that's like calling me an ugly woman. That's totally out of bounds. Cobbler isn't allowed to claim he can't be bigoted because he's woke or whatever. Bigoted is bigoted, identity politics doesn't absolve you of it.

@TheCobbler,
The Founders devised a government made on Christian values.

Innocent until proven guilty? The idea is that we give people the benefit of the doubt. This goes back quite literally to the idea that if a certain someone were accused of a crime, rather than be put on the cross again, he would get a fair trial. But go on, tell me how atheist morality is so much better.

They made money that says "In God We Trust." This seems like a pretty saying, until we realize what it is saying about the money it is on. This literally means, "This is not made to be an idol. Our currency is backed by our faith." And even though the country has become more secular, this is still true thanks to fiat currency.

We have God invoked in the Declaration of Independence. While atheists pretend that the Constitution is a secular document, it mentions it is based from the principles of the Declaration.

Quote:
Some skeptics today like to argue that the founding fathers purposefully left God out of the Constitution. They say that a “Godless Constitution” was the intended design of the document—and they’re wrong.

First of all, the authors of the Constitution not only mention God, they even mention that Jesus is God. They do this in the ratification clause. This was done “in the Year of Our Lord” 1787.

Quote:
The general response of the skeptic is to dismiss the “Year of Our Lord” as just a custom. Custom, shmustom. The leaders of the French Revolution, who really did espouse a secular Enlightenment philosophy, changed their calendar a couple years after America’s Constitution, in order to explicitly repudiate Christianity, so that time would not be measured in “the Year of Our Lord.” (About a dozen years later, Napoleon restored the Christian calendar.)

To understand America’s founders, we have to realize what Dr. Michael Novak of American Enterprise Institute has said. He observed that thinkers we call men of the “Enlightenment” are really of two sorts. There are those who believed in God and those who didn’t.

The French Revolution was history’s first secular revolution—and, incidentally, spilled rivers of blood. They chose to follow the unbelieving thinkers of the “Enlightenment” —e.g., Voltaire, Diderot, Rousseau, David Hume. But our founders quoted those men of the “Enlightenment” who believed in the Lord—e.g., Montesquieu, John Locke, Sir William Blackstone.

Quote:
In his The Spirit of Laws, Baron Montesquieu wrote: “We shall see that we owe to Christianity, in government, a certain political law, and in war a certain law of nations—benefits which human nature can never sufficiently acknowledge.”

Let's face it. The majority of the founders (aside from Franklin) were Jesus freaks. You can quote all you want otherwise, but they believe that all men are endowed by the Creator with inalienable rights. Did any such right exist for the heirs of the French Revolution? No, but they'll tell you how enlightened they are. Their ancestors put people's heads in a neck slicer, but yeah, secular society is civilized. Trust us.

No, it wasn't about trials or punishment, it was about the burden of proof.

@Theo202,
Lemme put it this way.

The article I quoted here
https://providenceforum.org/blog/god-and-the-constitution/
compared two enlightenment groups.

America believes in Innocent Until Proven Guilty.
France believes in Guilty Until Proven Innocent.

This has nothing to do with burden of proof, in fact you could claim that those who believe most people are innocent need to prove it. Both systems must establish proof (that's basic law). But the way the law is set up is to trust the supposed criminal until it is proven that they are in fact a criminal. With the other system, everyone who is a suspect gets treated like a criminal until we are sure they aren't.

The thing about innocent until proven guilty is that it also encourages confession of sins. Enter the plea bargain system, where people admit guilt for a reduction in sentence.

A country's culture, not Latin phrases, ultimately governs their law system. Israel and South Korea with necessarily have different rules than us.

It has to do with the burden of proof because the law is relevant. I posted a maxim of law about that burden.

Love starts with loving yourself, not blindly loving a book that teaches hate and mental slavery to a fictitious deity.

If you can't love yourself, you are not worthy of others.

To love yourself means you are proud of who you are....

We may not be perfect but we strive toward the perfecting of our love.

A person can't hate themselves and love others, though they may think otherwise.

People make judgments about themselves based upon religious laws that are hateful.

Misogyny, homophobic, racist, elitist, bigoted, barbaric, xenophobic...

They hate this world while desiring a heaven that is impossibly out of reach.

People see their individuality as sinful instead of a gift and talent.

They try to become something to please a God that is immoral, crude and murderous.

This is an impossibility, you cannot please a beast of a God who mirrors our worst sins.

So people begin to magnify that part of themselves that they see as imperfect. Thoughts enter their mind constantly of shame and guilt causing them to condemn themselves. Self flagellation...

The Bible shames people without just cause yet people fall into the trap of self destruction anyway.

In this state of self shame, people lose their respect and love for themselves.

They live in a perpetual state of feeling unworthy.

So they over compensate their own guilt by terrorizing others.

The hate they feel for themselves they use that to punish others.

They do not have any reasonable sense of justice because they become unable to free themselves from religious slavery.

Self hate destroys a person's sense of autonomy, reason and justice.

How does hate do this?

Fear...

Fear is sand in the machinery of life. Fear binds and brings the reasoning and compassionate engines of progress to a halt.

People allow religious fear and misplaced sin consciousness to cause them to hate themselves and feel the most disabling fear possible.

This fear is like an infection that spreads and infects others.

The only way to conquer this fear is to conquer this beast of a God that is the source of this fear. Declare this God impotent and of no consequence. Reduce this God to a fiction of human narration.

Set your own standards of righteousness.

Then you assume personal responsibility for your love.

You are loving not because God made you love but because you love of your own volition.

You are not pleasing God you are pleasing yourself.

And because you are pleased with yourself you are free to love yourself.

Because you love yourself you do not feel the need to attack others out of jealousy and envy.

Instead you edify others, you treat them with the same respect and consideration that you treat yourself.

The God of religion is a potent source of self hate. God is the #1 source of self damnation.

If you have done wrong, then do much good to redeem yourself. Do it for you, not for God.

Not to please God but to please yourself so you can be happy about your accomplishments.

In your happiness and joy you will show others that same happiness and joy.

It is up to you to care for and maintain your self love.

Your love is based upon your love not the love of some tyrannical God that was created by hateful and prejudiced people.

If you hate happy people it is because you are unhappy.
If you hate people who are liberal it is because you have imprisoned yourself in fear.

If you hate poor people it is because you are poor in generosity and rich in fear.

Should we hate people who hate themselves?

I will borrow a line from Shakespeare.

Madness in great ones must not unwatched go...
