Visiting Tarpon Springs- Where to go?

I am coming to Tarpon Springs from Los Angeles for 1 - 3 months+ to help a friend's mother who is on her own...

I'll have a little spare time, where do I go in the area to meet girls...? Are the bars, etc. in Clearwater, Tampa?
