Those MozzArepas don't look very appetizing.

No, but how 'bout them bimbos in the shot right underneath?
they're actaully pretty good, if a little heavy.
Are those an East Coast thing, littlek? Do you have them in Boston?
We don't have them out west!
The pictures are all great. It's like we've been there too.
We have yet to see the crowd at the London gathering,
they only show sightseeing pictures.
Ack! Not the bimbos (is that us?)
I haven't seen them in Boston yet.
So, you had some in New York? Did the billboard influence you?
The power of advertising at work.
Arepas are the best!!!! There are different kinds though. The ones at that street fairs are good, but they aren't the REAL AUTHENTIC thing, I don't think. There's a Columbian restaurant in Queens that I go to every once in awhile that has the real thing, which doesn't have mozzarrella, but this white cheese that is incredible, and it isn't melted on it, it's just kinda crumbled on top...I am only about 80% certain they are columbian, actually, but whatever, they are so damn good.
So you don't buy them in grocery stores, but rather in restaurants?
kicky - that makes much more sense!
Yeah, I should have told you that when we were eating it, huh, littlek. Didn't think of it. I like 'em both though.
Gus, they do have the ingredients (maybe the whole things too, but I'm not sure) in certain grocery stores in a lot of hispanic neighborhoods I think. But I believe that a Columbian restaurant is a better bet.
Well, what the hell is that billboard all about?
Obviously it is advertising for someone.
Wonderful pictures! And the view from Lola's apartment balcony is stunning. What time of night was that photo taken?
We're talking mozzarepas right now, Syn. No time for balcony talk.

the foodies think they're pretty nasty, and they are kind of leaden, but I think they'd probably be pretty good if you were drunk or really hung-over. kind of a South American grilled cheese.
Really ehBeth? Yeah, the ones at the street fair are heavy and cheesy and greasy, but the ones I had at the restaurant were made with a fairly light cheese--a lot of it, but not all greasy and melted. Still, though, I agree, they aren't exactly lean cuisine.
Damn it, now I am going to have to ask my buddy the name of that damned restaurant tomorrow...
