When are the Bostonians arriving, and kicky?
Notice in that last pic, I'm now wearing Beth's poncho/sweater thingy. I was cold. Later, on the way to the restaurant, she gave me her other, warmer wrap. So then I had both of them. I was freezing. But Beth wasn't even cold. Tough girl. However, I held up very well until it got dark with all the big semi-scary wind, a bit of rain type sprinkles, increasing coldness and all that walking. I've toughened up considerably since I moved to New York....and I wore, as Beth said, semi-sensible shoes. And she was wearing sensible shoes too.
Thanks, Set for loaning the girl to us for the week end. We're having fun. I wish you'd joined us.
Saturday's the big day. The Bostonians arrive at 1 pm tomorrow and the walking resumes. Then it's our house on Saturday night. And then on to more night life in the City.
Will you guys be bowling?
