I can send a couple, but one is a bit murky.

Will try that e-mail address, if you think that is the best way.
But the files are quite big.
Would it be better if I put mine on PhotoBucket? Can you access that?

These are my two. I also have some "singles", but you stipulated you had to be together in the pic.
(Damn, I was always trying to separate them)

I believe some giants from New York have just won a game of football or something.

Well done, chaps! I enjoy soccer.

This photo may still be on littleK's msn site, which I've no longer access to, having changed my email addy - but even if it is and you have access, I think there is some problem people have getting the photos on msn to transfer.

Diane and Dys and Lola and Blatham lead the way into Vesuvio cafe/bar next door to City Lights bookstore

There may be a photo of Lola and Bernie shown in the early Albuqueque meeting thread - that was 2003, I think - but I can't find the thread by searching, so far anyway.

And then there's this thread... maybe some photos in L & B's apartment?

Lola, after reading here for the past few years I can't imagine you and Bernie having any trouble with your bonafides.

You should be celebrating soon!

They reported on another thread ... somewhere around here ... Bernie got his Green Card.

~~~
The Empress just got back on Thursday from another trip to NYC - she's becoming quite an expert - finally got her carriage ride around Central Park. Brenda Lee's ready to go again - wants to know when the gang's going. Mame and I have pm'd to start negotiations around a possible trip.
Best of NY's back
http://nymag.com/bestofny/food/
including sweets
http://nymag.com/bestofny/food/2008/desserts/
which include these three spots near our home away from home
Quote:
MIDNIGHT SNACK
Apple-cinnamon Pastry/Dessert Truck
University Pl. nr. 8th St.; no phone
It's the perfect late-night treat, but beware: The turbocharged sugar rush will keep you awake till dawn.
OLD-WORLD CLASSIC
Fromage Blanc Cheesecake/Chikalicious
203 E. 10th St., nr. Second Ave.; 212-995-9511
A chiffonlike creation served, with proper reverence, on a pedestal of crushed ice.
AFTERNOON SNACK
Fried Zeppole/Abraço
86 E. 7th St., nr. First Ave.; 212-388-9731
A deep-fried treat, hand-shaken by the barista in a paper bag full of sugar.
