From what I hear, Frank is already planning on finding ways to drag you over to Penn Station about twice a month, then over to Central Park for a rowboat ride followed by cheap beers and Chinese food on Ninth Ave.

If you gentlemen are so inclined, it would be nice to drag Thomas in this weekend. I'll be in NYC Friday to Sunday. If anything's going down, lemme know.

Frank already told me, and I'm looking forward to it! Have you guys agreed on a day yet?

Looks very classy, and only ten short blocks from my work..... but do you still have to ask them to cut some of the fat off of the fat?

Agree on a day? We never agree on a day. Frank calls up after he's been wandering around the city for five or six hours. (Really. You meet him for a beer at seven in Midtown somewhere and he will tell you that he walked up all the way from the South Street Seaport.)

==
Oh, and tell them to bring the sandwiches WITH the soup. If you are eating the soup, waiting for the sandwich, they will never bring you the sandwich because you are still eating the soup.

For me, frank wore his gondolier outfit. With the wine and the cheese and the moonlight, I was swept away.

Ah! That would explain why you didn't return my call.Where in New York are you? I can be at Penn Station in an hour of commuting time -- plus half an hour, worst case, until the next train leaves New Brunswick. Depending on when you check in, this evening might still work.

PS: if you can PM me some other phone number to reach you at, this might help coordination too.

Okay, I don't know what the lady and the gentlemen are up to tomorrow, but here is what I plan to do:
  1. Drive to John F. Kennedy airport in the morning; return the car I rented when I arrived in the country.
  2. Maybe test-drive a new car or two at a used car vendor near the airport
  3. Take the subway to Manhattan.
  4. Roam Manhattan until I reach someone, or somebody calls me, to suggest that we do something else. (Dagmaraka, Frank, and Joe Nation have my cell phone number. I have Dagmaraka's and Frank's.)
  5. In the evening, go to Penn Station and take the train home.
I won't be able to get online during the day, so my only way of staying in touch will be by phone.
