As it turned out, I had exactly one and a half day(s) off while D & D were here ~ I miss them already. I wish we could have arranged time to meet with you ~ on your limited schedule.
I met Sally and Fred (they are the only reason I was looking forward to the visit.....) Sally gave me a lovely bath.....Fred and I had a very meaningful conversation.....
I just don't know what I'm gonna do without them. Sniff, sniff..... :wink:

We haven't heard from Dys and Diane since they left, so we're hoping they're having a great time with Panzade down south!
Oh sweethearts, we have thought of you and forgot completely about this thread.
It was such fun to see you again and to have you meet Bob and the rest of the family, Fred and Sally.
The night when we played pool, Jen's sister Rita was wonderful in helping me get good shots. There was one time when she got a little impatient and said to me, "Joost hit the fooking ball!! I had to take a couple of minutes to stop laughing in order to continue to play. They were a treat.
Rae and Jen, you are two of the nicest, funniest people we've ever met. So when will you get out to New Mexico????
Diane, you and Bob were so funny too, and a pleasure to be with. I always feel so much at home with you, never a moment of tripidation or anything, just sheer comfort.
Now that we know Bob, Fred and Sally too, you guys can come here anytime, you have an open invitation.
I promise I will get to New Mexico one of these days ... it is one of the places on my agenda to see before I'm too old to travel:) Besides, I can also see Roger too when I go, if that isn't incentive I don't know what is:)
Time for my two cents.....
Diane and Bob ~ I absolutely loved seeing you both ~ as well as Sally and Fred.....Hopefully you understand that Sally and Fred will become mine if you should ever tire of either of them! Not likely, I know, but I had to get that in.
I want to apologize for not being able to get more time off of work while you were here ~ if it wasn't for me moving and trying to get funds together I would have annoyed you relentlessly ~ would you have minded?
On top of working so much, I would have enjoyed going out to dinner and/or seeing some sights with you.....Please accept my apologies.
When I come out to Denver, we'll have all the time in the world ~ and yes, I am making plans to come out this summer. But Diane ~ I promise to smoke outside!
I am so pleased that you enjoyed the rest of your trip. Sorry that the weather wasn't perfect.....it would have been nice.
