Oh..the greatest NEw YEars DAy Celebration that i have ever experienced (in fact the greatest celebration of any kind that i have witnessed) was Hogmanay in Scotland 1995. Now those peopel can have fun!. The fireworks...the fireworks oh the fireworks. i cannot effectively describe what i saw in so small a space but i know that i have never yet witnessed such a celebration (i have written pieces on the experience in the past), however, i will say this:

If ever you have a choice of country to celebrate New YEars...try Scotland. New Years Eve Night, Edinburgh, on Waverly Bridge. You will not forget it.
