It's funny how no one here at a2k gave a rat's ass about the process back in 2017 when this first came to national news.
Other states were offering far greater tax breaks to Amazon than New York state (on the scale of $billions more) indicating Amazon's final decision to move to Queens was NOT based merely on tax breaks and money alone.
I wonder how two-faced these critics will be if and when they find Amazon knocking at their state's door asking them if they want 30000 middle class careers (not 30000 minimum wage deadend warehouse jobs) to help them boost their economy?
I wonder how much of this is negative criticism is Schadenfreude against New York state and/or selfish opportunism?
