Meanwhile, a single private American online source for charity has raised 1.2 million dollars in the last 5 hours alone and now totals over 5 million dollars! Shocked Stingy, we're not.

No problem there. The New York Times is the Newspaper of choice for the American Chapter of the Blame America First Club. They're just preaching to the choir.

Yes, and some charity inthe UK is collecting 1 million £ per hour and ....

I'm glad, everyone is doing what she/he can, even when it's just writing 'patriotic' sentences here.

Could you please verify this?

Especially, since you imply that I "babbled" here more often.
Which perhaps excludes one year of my membership, since you joined later.

But, no need to worry, Bill.
Have a nice day and good year, enjoy on A2K!

I implied no such thing. Answer my question, and I'll answer yours.

In the mean time, have a nice day and good year and enjoy A2K yourself!

...not that Lush Blimpo hadn't already beaten tickie to the post.

Tickie, who is it that issues the daily neo-con Topic List? (BTW... their clever new word- "Koranimals"- does a masterful job of objectifying the "enemy"... )

Kudos, Magoo, for not using the word "cabal" in this post. I always marvel when you are able to accomplish this feat. Commendable ... really .... mean it.

Actually, after checking it appears you only use the word "cabal" in just over 2% of your posts ... it just seems like you use it more often.

Now, in the off-chance that you wish to engage me, rather than following your typical pattern of just taking a pot-shot and then disappearing back into the ether where you dwell, please explain how you consider that I am "exploiting" the tragedy? In doing so, please state whether you also believe the UN muckety-muck who called us "stingy" was similarly exploiting this tragedy?

Perhaps you ask your English teacher about it:

What are you babbling about now Walter?

I don't think, you've got a position to give me orders.

Babbling= Talking nonsense. This implication:

is nonsense, hence it is also babble. Since it is following this recently demonstrated false nonsense (babbling):

No help without a hint, eh? Following trueling the ... what is it called ...crusaders heritage?

I used the word now. Any questions?

Gee, Tickie, your response was archetypical!

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar... other times, not so much.
Keep on sublimating... Carry On!

It's okay, if you had your fun.

I'm sorry that I couldn't join in that moment, but among the 1,200 dead/missed Germans and 1,000 Swedish are some I know.

Thanks, Bill.

Actually, those were just acquaintances - fortunately, my wife's [Swedish] cousin choose to play with his band on a cruise ship on the Baltic Sea this winter season and not in Asia as last year.
