Don't worry, I've been secretly distributing cheesehead O'Bill shirts that say 'I'm an a$$hole' in 16 different languages worldwide. So, he knows.

I had already stopped to make my mind about dome of our Americn friends here.

But it's truely impressive, how a special kind makes there jokes in the face of more than 100,000 killed.

I sincerely wonder about your reactions, if more Americans had been killed and not only some tribes of aborigins including a couple of thousands of Europeans.

Think of the religion of this people, their poverty..
Maybe this man was given this t-shirt and he is glad to have one even not knowing the meaning of it.
That's an excellent point, too.

Get over yourself Walter. There are 1,000s of Americans missing too. A few words used to lighten a subject doesn't mean the subject is taken lightly.

Okay, disregard my last:
it wasn't a joke: it's the famous kind of the sensitive American humour.

Yeah. Right.

Why is it that the left can see the saint in a guy proudly wearing a "I love Bin Laden" t-shirt, but can find nothing but evil in the US administration?

I wonder how much Al Qaeda, Bin Laden, and the other terrorist organizations are donating to the cause.

McG, if you were from that part of the world, who would you be rooting for? Maybe the generous U.S. aid will convince him to stop wearing that shirt.

Let hope it makes some sort of impact on he and his friends. Perhaps they'll stop believing the hype and realize we are not really the great satan after all. I somehow doubt it will make much difference though.

Don't be too sure, McG. When they see this off shore:

Many will have to realize how quickly we could crush them if that were our desire... but instead we're there to help?... I think that will have some impact.

Tickie must be commended for the adroit way he managed to exploit the Tragedy to denigrate the French.
...not that Lush Blimpo hadn't already beaten tickie to the post.

Tickie, who is it that issues the daily neo-con Topic List? (BTW... their clever new word- "Koranimals"- does a masterful job of objectifying the "enemy"... )

<shaking head> No Walter. The Carrier you see pictured is capable of converting 400,000 gallons of seawater into freshwater daily... along with carrying a huge supply of other much needed items. Surely you understand how important that freshwater supply is? It's imposing stature and any realizations that come of it, are merely positive side-effects. Get it?

Yes, I get it. Certainly much better than the volunteers from the firebrigade and technical relief organisation from my hometown, who can just do 5,000 liter/hour with their eqipment .... working there with a couple of other German teams since Tuesday.
