Summons Your Patriotic Outrage: Come to Washington to Defend Democracy

We Need You in Washington on January 6th

Join us NOW (Thursday 12/23) LIVE on Solar Power News Network and then tonight at 9:00 PM on Fox's Hannity and Colmes live from New York.

Join the Constitutional Insurrection to Drive Bush from Power on January 6th

Citizens from across the country will be coming to a vigil and rally starting at 10:00 AM in Upper Senate Park (adjacent to the U.S. Capitol) on January 6th to demonstrate our support for our leaders inside. We want an honest and transparent vote for president, but if we can't have that then we want to see Congress reject electoral votes sent from OH, FL, NC, IN and any other states in which massive fraud and vote suppression inflated George W. Bush's totals and diminished John Kerry's.

If you want our mobilization on January 6th to succeed, here are the top dozen things you can do:

1. Download the flyer and distribute it widely at school, at church and to your friends and neighbors, your mailman, the cab driver, your teachers or students and everyone else.

2. Post a message on the discussion board for people in your area to see if you can share a ride with anyone.

3. Read the list of the things we need to spend money on to make the demonstration a success and then contribute what you can to enable us to conduct a successful challenge to Bush's reinauguration -- both inside and outside the Capitol.

4. Buy as many of our Bush Cheated 04 buttons and bumper stickers as you can as a way of contributing and showing your friends and neighbors where you stand.

5. Join the Bushcott of the President Who Was Never Elected and his top 25 corporate supporters that have consumer brands, and invite your friends to join the Bushcott.

6. Get your tickets to ReDefeatBush's CounterInaugural Ball on January 20th at which ReDefeatBush will be reborn with a bold new identity and aggressive new mission.

7. Sign up for our e-mail list so we can keep you up to date on our activities.

8. Write a letter to the editor of your local paper explaining why you are going to Washington to protest on January 20th.

9. Post an announcement about our mobilization on one of the major blogs like DailyKOS, Taking Points Memo or a major public announcement site like Craigslist or your favorite Dean campaign spinoff such as Democracy for America, Change For America or Project for America.com.

10. Take one of our small display advertisements and put it up on your own Web page and send it to friends you have who maintain Web pages.

We can get tens of thousands of people to the Capitol on January 6th, and potentially change the course of history.
11. Sign our petitions to Viktor Yuschenko asking that his first act as president of Ukraine be to send us honest, impartial election observers, to state and local law enforcement authorities to give us the indictments, prosecutions and convictions the Republicans escaped in 2000, and to the corporate underwriters of Bush's domination of the influence industry, headquartered in the Capitol and the White House.

12. Read our collection of Electoral Coup 2004 Briefing Papers to help you talk to your friends and neighbors about what is happening and why you are so upset about it.

Re-count in several states by hand. Moreover, his inaugration will be delayed if court cases are initiated.

Never give up hope. And each vote should be counted. Thats the Constitutional right. It does not matter if Bush comes out a winner after EACH and EVERY vote is counted. What are you afraid of? You should be proud that the Constitution gives you power/right to challenge the high and mighty.

See what happened in Washington's gubernatorial race? The Dem candidate has been declared OFFICIAL winner by a LARGE margin of 160 votes.

There are still votes to be counted in Washington. I assume the GOP will adopt your model for vote-counting tenacity and not give up until every vote has been counted multiple times, regardless of the outcome. The State Supreme Court made a ruling that allowed an additional 120 votes for the Dem candidate to be counted. I assume you are of the belief that this "apparent governor-elect" has now been "selected, not elected"?

Interestingly, this result was predicted two weeks ago by a county official from northwest Washington. According to him, King County (Seattle) always seems to find a few thousand extra ballots after the polls are closed. Apparently, they use the Chicago method of elections there. Why is it that alleged voter fraud only becomes news when the Democrats lose?

First they ignore you.
Then they laugh at you.
Then they fight you.
Then you win.

Sorry, but the last time I checked, every vote SHOULD be counted no matter the outcome. It's the AMERICAN way!!!

Umm. . . if you remember, the Supreme Court, decided this election along party lines. They decided that every vote needed to be counted and you have less then a day to get it done. Rolling Eyes lest we forget.
