Recently started using petogen and started experienceing bad side effects

I recently started using the petogen injection?
A day after receiving the injection my period stopped only for one day then it came back but this time with more excessive pain and heavier blood flow, this continued for about two weeks. I then was put on famynor and have been using it for about three days and the period went away but the pain just got worse.
What could be the cause of this?
