How to let my lover I am interested

Hi
My coworker loves me and so do I but every time he tries to tell me I mess everything up by acting in a way as I don't like him. Whenever I see him I get stressed and make my face as an angry person and don't talk to him nicely how can I overcome my stress and act normally and now that he doesn't dare to come close to me how can I let him know that I am interested?
I love him so much

Second, send a note if you get all tongue-tied.

Third, seriously consider the consequences of dating someone at work, if it doesn't work out.

Fourth, understand that your interpretation of your coworker's attentions might be wishful thinking on your part.

It's been 4 months now and a few other coworkers noticed that
And yes it's better to say that it's not love yet but I am sure that it's not my interpretation but I can't send a note to him
