Barbara Walters had Karl Rove on last night, nominated as "The Most Fascinating" person of the year.
In it, Rove admitted the pet name Bush has for him is turd-blossom.

Cute, but probably only half right.

I never said that he wasn't a brilliant man...
It's just funny that the mastermind behind the Bush administration would be given such a patronizing nickname by W.

Describing this nickname as patronizing suggests either a lack of understanding of the term or an unfamiliarity with the ways of close male friendships.

One can be absolutely certain that the nickname doesn't reflect a lack of respect by W for his brain.
