Are you from Downeast too? Ivve never met Rex Red but always keep an eye open whenever Im down at Smith Island or Machias.

I hope you tart some threads on studio art. Its a subject a number of us have some fun at. There are a few practicing artists on board so feel at home.

Yes, I'm from Downeast, too, but I'm originally from Delaware and lived in NY and LA before coming back to Maine to live full-time. Now I live in Portland a few blocks from RexRed.

I'm a 65-year old tart, too! I'd be very happy to begin a thread on studio art.

Hi, Winnie. What a nice way to introduce yourself. I rarely get around the other parts of a2k, but after reading some of your comments, I might. Really interested in your artwork and farmerman's and cobbler/RedRex's music. Interesting that last bit, I am betting not many of us knew they were one and the same.

I confess, the only tarts I have had is pop tarts, mostly apple pies and cobblers. Cobblers being my fav.
