gfci outlet in bathroom not working

I had two outlets in my bathroom that did not have buttons (test and reset) and they weren't working, so I bought and installed two new outlets that do have buttons but they aren't working. I bought a two-prong tester and tested the wires at one of the outlets, and I found that I have power at one of the black wires but not the other. What should I do next?

@Piranacon2017,
You have to trace the wire not working back to where it originates. Could be a loose wire. Maybe check the breaker first.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks, didn't think I'd get a response so quickly! There are three different breakers that might be the circuit that I'm on but I've fiddled with all three and they all seem good. I have not yet actually opened up the breaker box though. There are two other outlets above my kitchen counter that have stopped working and I'm hoping that I've found the one spot in the chain where things are going wrong. I can't find any other outlets or fixtures that are not working right, but all three breakers do have outlets on them that do work. how do I go about tracing back the one wire that I found that is bad? All the wires on the other three outlets that are out are all dead when I test them with the two-prong tester.
