Dear Sir, We have Light in our washroom and that is not controlling from On off switch. light is on every time. Kindly give me solution, what should i do to control my light from on off switch and what is the reason from which that problem come.

Broken or wrongly wired switch.
If in the past the light was controlled by the wall switch or a pull chain, and now is On all the time, then it might be a faulty wall switch or a faulty pull chain.
You must replace the switch or the pull chain.
If some repairs were made on the fixture or on the wall switch, then it might be a wrong wiring made after repairs.

I have seen pull switches stuck in the down position due to broken internal plastic or metal parts. Depending on the state of the switch before breakage, this could lead to the light being permanently on or permanently off. Habitually pulling the cord with excessive force can make this more likely.

first check your wiring connection, i think its not proper to fixing wire.

Their may be a wired detached from the connection or may there is a cut in wire.
