HELP needed for a translation! Much appreciated

Hello,

Please could somebody help me with a translation for the following phrase -

Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow

Google translate has given me this -

quia hodie est, et cras in spe fortitudinem clara

but from what I have researched this doesn't seem correct!

Anybodies help would be much appreciated!
