Hopefully someone else will check in, as grammar is not my best area.

I would place a comma after which and a period at the end of the sentence.

(I am a bit of an eccentric when it comes to using commas.)

As to your other utterances, I will respond as I see fit. If you were so eager to respond, perhaps you should have done so sooner.

One solid reason, is that the speaker may not intend a pause there. That being said, centrox's outright prohibition is simply another of centrox's BS statements for things that he rarely thinks thru before posting.
