I walked across to read it and there was a picture of his small, teacup dog. He was offering a reward for the little things return. It was just a cross breed, but it was adorable. He rescued it from abuse. It's name? Baron. I had to smile. My neighbor's face was a mask, but I could tell that he was deeply concerned.
