I've purposely avoided this thread all through the season. Now it's Xmas day I have to break in to forgive all you grumps grouches and whatever.

Did the family visit, did Christmas lunch .... it all proceeded without too much angst & teeth gnashing & for that I'm grateful.
The presence of ghosts from previous Christmases can make one terribly melancholy, though ..... <sigh>
