In an effort to finish with this once and for all: the quote was verbatim, but the parties (WHICH DIDN'T INCLUDE ANYONE BY THE NAME OF GEORGE OB) were referring to SYSTEMS and NOT to screws, boilers, nuts, bolts, and other extraneous items G OB dragged into this gratuitously.
There goes your roof, Timber, but G OB's problem wasn't with me at all - what REALLY drove him crazy was that the Enterprise is in fact BIGGER than the ship he got!
