Unable to select option when trying to merge page

I need to merge my business page with the "place" page that Facebook had created. However, when I follow the merge page section, I am unable to select an option. I can see "Choose one:" under Merge This Page into Your Page but there is no drop down menu or any options. I cannot Submit it progress further without selecting an option!

I have tried on multiple devices and nothing works. Please help!
