Post 2004 election - MORE or LESS politically active?

I'm just curious to see the breakdown of Rep, Dem, 3rd parties, who is now inspired to be more active and who wants less than ever to do with politics.

Let the youngsters beat each other up. I was very vocal in this election, although, being ambivalent, did not campaign for one or the other candidates. I have never seen so much rancor, so much divisiveness. I would not get into the middle of another election for all the tea in China!
