...final note; self awareness doesn't project possibilities of action, freedom of the will, quite the contrary it negates the possibility of any action at all...in simple terms, its well know the old saying the one who thinks does not act and the one who acts does not think! Now, self awareness is the ultimate or the primary form of thinking according to process Philosophy. There is a perineal eternal biological conflation of pure will with freedom of the will! IMO there is no such thing as Free Will and for that matter subjects are the dream of percepts not the other way around!
Full disclosure, I am fully aware that leaving percepts, the perception itself, as experiencing floating in the air without a subject, a centre of it all, is counter intuitive, and may well not be satisfactory for most, but that is exactly the point where I stop trying twist the limit of languaging. The subject is a phenomenal entity just as anything else "we" contrive in "aprhension"...the ultimate illusion!
