Functional Resume Help

Hi all,

I wish to apply to some stores in a mall, to work there selling whatever, depending on the store.
Since I don't have much experience in this field, I was told to construct functional resume.
Is there anyone that cuold tell me how to make a functional resume specific to this job type?
Please, it might take you a few minutes but it would help me out a great deal.
