Lol, I was hoping for a mind-blowing conspiracy theory on this one, but a winking face is much more amusing.
It can't be a coincidence--both the French doctors treating Arafat and the DOJ are somehow linked in strange way...
No doubt. It never even occurred to me that Arafat chose France for his health care. Yet another reason to distrust the French, I'm sure...
As for Ashcroft, I envision him holding forth on one of those Christian channels after he leaves office. He just needs a gimmick. Well, he does like to sing...
He might be able to start a fundamentalist Christian movement among French doctors--all of the signs point to the success of such a plan, just as long as they don't look at any French nude paintings or operate on naked patients (*gasp* the human form revealed!).
