peeing every 30 min

am a male age 36. have had stones in the past and this is not at all the same.6 months ago had gall bladder removed. I have just started peeing every 30 min.ts and when I do, my testicles hurt. I do drink plenty of water. I am going to take a sugar test tonight but do not have the other symptoms that comes with sugar. I am strong and am very active daily, not including exercise. thank you.
