Both party's left and right, are going to screw up this election. whomever wins . our last election set a precedent, much like the o.j. trial made wrongful death suets , the back up to murder trials." I believe o.j. was guilty , Im just making example"In 2000 we gave the losing party the right to contest. and with our partys being as divided as they are . I don't think we'll know till 8/05 . In this and all future elections.who won! Litigation only gains momentum, never loses momentum

We didn't give the right to contest to anybody during the last election. It's always been their right. I don't know what can be done about that.

Bad choice of words on my part. In 2000 we were so divided that allowed areselves to reach a level of conflict we wil never return from. if it can happen once, it can happen agian! theres already been trouble with froud in Calorado, and Pennsilvania. and in Florida , both partys are preparing to go to court! after an election that hasn't happend yet. this is the absolute worst time to expand early voting programs, and electronic voting 'in fla. of all places'
