My favorite bread recipe is an italian one for the bread from the city/town of Terni, a delicious sourdough, so good. Not difficult either. Re the Ezekial stuff, I'm interested in the bread mix for fun, but I'm unlikely to ever routinely use more than two types of flour.
On my not stumbling into the thread, I had been reading it all along; I did post because I am interested in bread and I'm interested in agriculture as well.
