Ezekiel Bread

Of course I didn't. I am interested in bread ingredients.
I may not like the Ezekiel stuff. I get to explore.

Some people are soreheads for the sake of being soreheads.

I used to bake my own bread. I quit because I tended to eat a bit too much of it. Nothing fancy. Rye bread more than any other kind.

My favorite bread recipe is an italian one for the bread from the city/town of Terni, a delicious sourdough, so good. Not difficult either. Re the Ezekial stuff, I'm interested in the bread mix for fun, but I'm unlikely to ever routinely use more than two types of flour.

On my not stumbling into the thread, I had been reading it all along; I did post because I am interested in bread and I'm interested in agriculture as well.

I enjoy sourdough. Now I've got to buy some tomorrow - shopping day.
