I read that CBS, which conducted the poll, has not made it public because it will prove it is bolstering Kerry's chances in the state. I have also read that most of the numbers coming out, of those votes that has been casted, Kerry is leading quite handsomely. Some counties where he is leading are:
Orange County, Duval county, Miami-Dade, Leon and Brovard Counties.
Now, personally I am of an opinion that 9% lead is a bit over the top, but seeing these results as they come, makes me very confident that Kerry will take Florida very cleanly.
Any Floridans here or anyone else can fill us in?
I cannot post link because the details are from another web forum.
Seems unlikely. He was trailing by almost that much just a day or two ago.
FD, maybe. But I have read real numbers. If you want I can post them here as well.
Sure. It'd be great if it were true.
Here's the scoop from Florida. That number is outlandish. I believe Bush has a 3 point lead + - 3
Big thing right now here is a backlash against Bush for the vaccine fiasco.
Hold on......

Personally, I would like to do away with early voting and exit polls, with numbers to be announced after the polls have closed. Who knows, it might lead to someone conceding an election, only to have to turn around and unconcede. Well, people have a right to ask questions. People have a right to answer questions. Still, I'm not comfortable with the situation.
Kerry is still an underdog here in Florida. Democrats have started stronger than they finish for as long as I can remember when it comes to exit polls. (Something about working, I guess )
We'll see when the votes are all counted.
