Not being to much stupid (although Trump is challenging this assumption) is enough. Obviously there are all kinds of successful business leaders with a varying mix of traits.The key is balance not having A or B or C trait specifically.

Personable, extrovert, helpful whether connected with your business or not, inventive - ability to increase efficiency and lower cost without sacrificing quality, and quick response to all inquiries.
Learn interviewing skills for new employees. If you have more than 1 employee, have a sheet of rules and expectations.
Most important; treat employees equally, and promote on productivity.
