Can you Hire Non-Union Actors in Speaking Roles in an SAG Ultra Low Budget Film without having to Taft Hartley them. (I read online Taft Hartley was not available to SAG Ultra Low Budget Films.)

@Muarck,
I believe I found... In a round about way... The Answer:
Yes, you can hire anyone in a SAG Ultra Low Budget Film. No, you can't Taft Hartley (but it isn't needed) in a SAG Ultra Low Budget Film.

@Muarck,
Oh, sorry 'bout that. Here: http://www.sagaftra.org/ultra-low-budget-agreement
and http://www.sagaftra.org/search/google/ultra%20low%20budget

Again, I would suggest going straight to the SAG AFTRA site for information. Or send them a note and ask! If it's hard to find this information then their webmaster needs to know as that would be good content for them to create.

@jespah,
SAG AFTRA is a f#cking disaster that I've given up on... And so has most of their members and leadership apparently.
