What Day Will The Courts Announce Our President?.....

I don't hink the Courts will announce our President, since they never have because there is no Constitutional provision that gives them that power.

But I would not be at all surprised to see the election contested where it is close in any state. Then the USSC might once again be called on to invervene to overturn a state court ordering an unconstitutional election procedure, as 7 of 9 justsices concluded the FLSC did in 2000.

And so it goes in this litigation happy Republic of ours.

I'm rooting for a tie in the Electoral College, then let Cheney cast the deciding vote. A truly constitutional way to show these incumbant politicians that they must abort their extremism and start looking more broadly at issues.

Both candidates are a disgrace!
