This is a game. It is not representative; But it may be indicative.
This game is a play upon the conception that Republicans are the ones that hold the majority of wealth in the U.S: i.e. "The greedy, Scrooge type, corporate warlords" that the libs so despise. It is a running total. Be honest, average any indescrepancies in wealth, the individuals political affiliation must be obvious or logically demonstratable. I will begin.
Democrats:
George Soros : 11 Billiion
Bill gates : 45 Billion
Ted Turner : 2.5 Billion
Teresa H. Kerry : 1 Billion
Warren Buffet : 35 Billion
Total: 94.5 Billion
Republicans:
Arnold : 100 million
Sinclair Family(Sinclair Broadcast) 602.26 million (Market Cap as of 10/26)
Cheney (cant find accepted Cheney Family value, we'll call it 1 Billion just for the hell of it.
Bush Family ( cant find concrete Bush Family value, we'll call it 2 Billion, just for the hell of it.
Ross Perot : 500 million?
Total: 4.202 Billion dollars
Point to the money.
I just want to know where the libs get off calling Republicans "the party of the wealthy" What is their evidence; Their excuse? Is it true, or do they buy into the common ideal? Explain please.
I've never heard the 'libs' call Republicans the party of the wealthy. I have heard them called the party of extreme corporate interests.
They are ALL wealthy. It is the ideology that Republicans prefer big business over the little guy. I'd rather have a rich guy running the country who actually DOES something for the average middleclass worker.
